If you forgot your password, please create a new one.
Enter the email address registered with A-Pass or email address to reset the password, receive the password reset code, and set a new password.
On the Verify your account / Login screen, enter the email address registered with A-Pass and click Next.
Click Forgot Password?.
Enter login email address or email address to reset the password, and click Check account.
Select the contact address to which you want to send the password reset code and click Send the password reset code.
