Conference registration and submissions are handled through the member management system (SMOOSY).

When you log in for the first time, you need to integrate your A-Pass and SMOOSY login information.

1. Create an account

Step 1

Click on Individual Members and Those Applying for Membership

Step 2

On the account verification/login screen, enter your email address which you used for membership registration or application, then click Next.

If you already have an A-Pass account (※), the screen below will appear. Please proceed to Step 5.

※The case you have created an A-Pass (formerly Confit account) for the past conference of other societies.

Step 3

Set your A-Pass password.

Enter the password you want to use, and check the box for I agree to the Terms of Service and Data Use Policy, then click Next(send authentication code) to send the verification code.

<aside> ℹ️ Password must be at least 8 characters long and includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.

Step 4

After you received “A-Pass: Checking account registration” email, enter Account registration code in the email and click Account Registrationto verify.
