Submit a new abstract
Log in to My Page.
- After reviewing the terms and conditions, check the box of
Agree, then click the New Submission button.
- The registration screen will appear. Enter the required information and proceed.
- The input screen is divided into several pages. If you want to stop your submission, you can save your submission information by pressing the Save button.
- If you need to upload files such as an abstract PDF during the process, be sure to click
Upload after selecting the file.
- Once all information has been entered, a final confirmation screen will appear. Review the details and click the
Submit button.
- Once the completion screen appears, your submission is complete. A confirmation email will also be sent to your registered address.

💡 If an error occurs when copying from Microsoft Word
When you copy and paste data created in Microsoft Word or similar programs, it may contain unnecessary information that isn't visible on the surface.
In that case, please paste the text into Notepad or a text editor, copy it again, and then paste it into the abstract input field in Confit.

Edit the submission
During the submission period, you can revise your registered submission multiple times until the deadline.
- Log in to access the submission screen.
- The registered submission information will be displayed. Click
Edit for the submission you want to modify.
- The confirmation screen for your submission will appear. Click
Edit [Item Name] displayed below the item you wish to modify.
- Click
Proceed to the confirmation screen after making changes to the content.
- A confirmation screen will appear. Review the contents and click the
Update button.
- Once the completion screen appears, your changes have been saved. Additionally, a completion email will be sent to the registered address.
