Institutional members unable to use A-Pass.

If the same email address is registered for an individual member and an Institutional member, you can switch to the corporate member page after logging in to My Page with your A-Pass account of individual.

1. How to login

Step1

The login screen is shared between individual and corporate members.

On the Account Verification/Login screen, enter the email address registered for the institutional membership and click Next.

Step2

If corporate membership information is found, the Your membership details have been found.screen will appear.

Click Send URL for authentication to send the authentication code.

<aside> ℹ️ If the message Your A-Pass (formerly Confit account) has been found with the entered email address. is displayed, log in to the My Page with the A-Pass for the individual membership, then switch to the institutional My Page. Refer to Using the same e-mail address for individual/institutional members.

Step3

Click the Set up your password provided in the "Notification of Password Setup URL" email.

<aside> ⚠️ The Password Setup URL is valid for 24 hours from the time it is sent. If more than 24 hours have passed, please re-enter your information on the Account Verification/Login Screen.
